I haven’t Cole , but I am installing a 6l80e and I know I have to change my rear end gears to 3.64 or the over drive ratios will make my engine run at to lower revs

You doing a 8 speed will encounter the same issue

And funny that I justA bought a new Chinese van ! It’s Ldv g10 and it has this transmission !!!!

It’s powered by a turbo charged petrol 2.0l engine and it’s changed gears 4 times justA going through a set of traffic lights !

But where I find it really good

Is up hill pulling power !!!!

I've never heard of this trans. (but I don't get out much) So you have a German trans in your Chinese Van?
