Hello All!

Happy to be part of this community. I fell in love with Pontiacs when, at 6 years old, my mother pulled into the driveway with a '66 Bonneville convertible. Three years later, she traded it in for a 69 Grand Prix, which became my first car when I inherited it at 17 years old.

After too many burnouts, my next car was a 1967 Firebird 400 and then a 1970 GTO.

Fast forward many, many years - I decided to collect classic cars, and of course, my first purchase was a 1969 Grand Prix SJ numbers-matching 428 automatic. One year later, I found a 1967 Firebird 400 convertible, 4-speed with factory air - also numbers matching that I purchased.

I love Poncho's and am an active member of POCI and local Long Island clubs.

I look forward to being here!

Barry

Love the Color of that 69 GP! I owned a 428 SJ 69 when I was younger until it the michigan winters claimed it. Still miss it. But mine was a 4-speed manual. Mine was White, yours looks much better it that color!

I also like the 67 Bird, but I may be partial to that year. And Welcome!
