I checked with the wife, I am good to go the car show on Monday. What time are you planning of getting there? Do you want to meet somewhere before the church and drive in together?

Cooo, I will get there 1/4 to 8 to get a tent spot and will defend/hold your spot against all comers. Not suppose to open til 9, but not my 1st rodeo at this place.  Always lots of Widetrackers, wear your shirt.  Also free coffee N doughnuts while they last.  Have someone that I really don't want to park with going to be there, PLEASE get there when you can. Would be awkward if I was caught saving a spot.  Friend of wife and Ol man.

I’ll try to be there close to 7:45 am  then. Would not want to make things awkward for you.

8am, 8:15 would be great.  He's alright, wife is :willy_nilly:  Do you want me to bring that Dan Brown, The Lost Symbol book from Marsha?

Sure. I’ll try to be there early. I’d better bring extra coffee for tomorrow. They ran out pretty quickly last year.

I did bring a whole thermos of coffee with me today and I drank it, along with the free coffee at the show today.

Some how I beat JUSTa to the show. Hmmmm...what's up with that?

This Impala was all sleeper. Looks stock on the outside, turbocharged LS motor under the hood - with intercooler.

Did you take my memory card?   The exact same shots even the not gonna paint it decal. Guess ya left me a couple. You did get some nice shots of my Sunbird.  Thankz.  Perfect weather, LIL warm, but a nice breeze. Met up with another FP member.  We were talking about the Bird  and I said, your looking for a hood for a Ventura aren't you.  Gave me a look and said, HOW did you know that?  Should have been smart enough to write his profile name down. BUT I didn't.  As always had a great time hangin with my chilly friend Frosty.  He picked up a really cool Ratfink flag. YES he did beat me to the show!  My thoughts of accomplishment in solving the back fire issue were for NOT.  Still backfiring, but not as bad.  Have no idea what to throw money at now:slap:  Can only think of reducing the fuel pressure farther with the regulator.

I am happy to report that I got my (root) beer and pizza from Justa and Mrs. Justa yesterday. So I guess I have to quit bitching about it now. Damn.

The car show was literally around the corner from one of the Detroit area's most popular concert venues, Pine Knob. This sign was as a result of this weekend's news. This is where Jimmy would most often play while he was in Michigan.

Not much, probably taken her out 3 or 4 times this year… still haven’t installed the passenger side window. I did retire this spring, so I got that going for me. B)

Congrats on retiring dude. I hope to do that next year.
