heard about it but never tried it.Acetone and trans fluid has worked for me when all the other stuff didnt. 50 50 mix

don't know about the whole candle thing but use something other than those 4 way lug wrenches if you want any kind of leverage. i use a 2 foot breaker bar on lugs when i don't have an impact around and they always break free.

I have not heard of the candle/lighter trick before. I need to remember it though. it looks simple and neat. I have used the 4-lug wrench for years. I have never had the luxury of 2-foot breaker bar.
