July 30th to Aug 2nd 2010 long weekend road trip. Guess where!!! Summer morning in Seattle (brrrrrr) I5 all the way The Oregon mountains are fun! Whoa nellie!!! Wheeeeee!!! Random supercar in Medford,OR Welcome to California Finally we're out of the 65 zone (not that anyone - cops included, obeyed it) Sweet!!! Sacramento to L.A..... 600 miles of this Gotta fill the tank Cool... Vixen 21!!! Good morning Zoom zoom Hey.... not flat.... Damn left lane bandits.... (hey the far right lane is open) It's sort of a given.... Huntington Beach Surfing competition Enough time dillying at the beach, time to hit the concert I found a spot!!! Next day, on the way out Here comes the flat again Most expensive gas on the trip (but still cheaper then what we pay here) Cool project!!! A little warm for a car with no A/C.... meh, drive faster!!! Hwy 99 about 0.5 miles north of the Oregon/Cali border. It's pitch black and clear sky (city dwellers have never seen this many stars before) I405 in Portland, OR Freemont Bridge Seattle Get outta the way!!!!! Forest Fire... must be back in Canada

Once people visit the west coast they never want to leave!!! In Canada, I've never been furter east then Winnipeg (sooo boring once you pass Calgary) and in the states I've never been further east then the Hoover Dam!!!

I've made the drive to L.A. by myself before... took 29 hours, including 5 hours of sleep. It would be nice if the lake froze again but it hasn't been cold enough here!
