Emily arent you 16 or 17 years old? IMO your too young to get a tattoo wait till your a little older. Your body is still growing at that age and it will affect how it looks down the road. IMO too young to make a good decision on something like this thats forever. I also agree a tattoo should mean something to you and not just a style thing. Styles change and down the road when the trend is over youll hate it. Not a huge fan of tattoos on woman it has a trampy connotation with it for me.

im 16 going on 17 and i want my music notes for when i turn 17 i want them on my birthday. they will mean a lot to me and they are going behind my ear so its not like my head is going to grow..the foot one and the stars are just possibilities. i may not even end up getting them i was just looking around and found ones i liked. my mom wont let me get the top of my ear pierced let alone get a tattoo. i pierced my belly button myself and she still has yet to find out about that one haha.

I totally agree with Joe though Emily, you are a little too young to make the decision. I thought about it when I was your age and I think my dad saying that he was gonna cut out my skin if I ever did with a knife put a scare into me that turned out to be a good thing, btw he showed me the knife too he would use . If it wasn't for my dad I probably would have a tattoo I don't like right now. Even now at age 20, I'm really hesitant about getting one because the position where I want one on my left forearm will show when I get a job and I wonder what will my boss think, if I'll should always wear long sleeves which I would hate, etc... Its really something you got to think long and hard about.

When you grow up and need to get a real job having a tattoo behind your ear wont help you get a good/professional job. Dont do the behind your ear one My tattoo is on my thigh where it cant be seen at work. Your not helping yourself getting a tattoo that can be seen at work.

yeah. wait a little before you decide on this. belly piercings i think are hot but SOME tats just don't look right on girls. stick with the drawings and or henna tats. change your style a bit and see what you want when you are a bit older.

well, my opinion, wait till your older, before you start getting all drawn up. As much as I wanna sit here and be the perverted old man and look at you with tattoo's, I can't. You aren't even 18, wait till you've grown up, I'm talking at least a few years. Remember, you've still got your whole life ahead of you. Tattoo's that can be seen by others, might not be as big a deal now, but when you go to Job Interviews, they do look at those things.....I'm just saying, think about your future. Hair styles change girl, you know that!
