Chief

Featured Replies

So yesterday my wife was looking at cars for sale on the interwebz, she found a very beautiful chieftain for sale (obviously way out of my price range). Anyway it got me thinking, if Pontiac were to come back (or never got shut down in the first place) what would the chief look like today in a new model. Would it be boxy and boat-like from the past, or would it go the way of the times and become slender and sleak? I know a lot of youse guys and gals on here play with Photoshop and what not. I would very much like to see what you all could come up with, and what your opinions would be on the classic!

i dont think it would be boxy. it would be a little curvy. no smaller than a mid-size car.

For my money, it would be on the same platform / size as the current Impala. So it would long (for current vehicles) and curvy.

The man I would have design it is a friend of mine, a retired GM and Pontiac designer by the name of Paul Deeson. He designed the GTO crest that appeared on the '66 GTO, he designed the first S10 Blazer amongest his many designs. He did a lot of designs for Buick as well.
