at the beginning, i would turn it off but it wouldnt work when on. it was weird that we couldnt get internet for hours and ATT techs couldnt figure it out. each one had a different theory. at least we got a few months free out of it.

10 or so calls plus like 4 tech visits, it was annoying. but its all good now. plus, their modems are like $150+. oh and we did get a free replacement from a tech support call but when a tech brought it out they wanted the cash. we told them that we were told free, he said nope callers cant say that.
