The TH400 was introduced as the "Turbo Hydro-Matic" in Cadillacs and "Super Turbine" in Buicks in 1964. The following year, the transmission was expanded to Oldsmobile and Pontiac and to some full-sized Chevrolets. 

So you both are correct, depending on your perspective.
