I accidently ran across this old episode of "Pinks" on YouTube. Shows how old this show is....SpeedVision was still around. Recognize anyone in this episode? Notice what is being driven?

Todd was racing the weekend before and heard rumors Pinks had rented the track for its next show.  Todd grabbed a cooler of beers N went to watch.  Rich was throwing a fit, kickin screaming at people, even spiked his phone into bits on the pavement.  Ep1-4 were cars you wouldn't drag home if they were given to ya.  So the producers said, You put 2 nice cars on here or it's your last show.  Track rental, emergency para's N ambulance, film crew, on N on, lotsa $$$on the line.   The 2 cars he had lined up said they were NOT showing up and taking a chance of loosing their cars.  Producers said he was on the hook for a bunch of the money involved with the track ect and he/Pinks was CANCELED.  He was leaning up against the wall in front of Todd and Todd said, Hey I can run and grab my Nova N do some burnouts for ya, but I'm NOT Loosing my car.  Todd hollered at his buddy who works at the track.  Go get your Camaro and I'm gonna grab the Nova.  We can do this without loosing our cars.  As you saw, Todd burned a piston on his burnout, before he got to make a pass. Game over.  They played it out and drove off the lot with Todds car on the hauler.   Then stopped and dropped Todd N his car and he drove it home.  #5 was the 1st time with nice cars, Todd N Chris actually saved Pinks and Rich moved on to make the show much bigger and better until it's demise.   Before anyone ask......Mike is NOT my son!!!!  Since High School they have claimed to be brothers from different mothers.  Todd's Nitrous was never used to make it a real race, because all that fuel N Nitrous going directly into the crankcase would have fused it together in a big welded blob.  It would not have sealed the bad piston as Chris's crew was saying.

Todd nor Chris made a dime off it.  Todd earned an engine rebuild!!!
