Looking for a shifter part for the neutral safety switch

I have a Pontiac dual gate shifter that is missing the whole mechanism that contacts the neutral safety switch (see picture with silver pointer. I’ve looked in every catalog (OPG, Part Place, Year One) with no luck. Can anybody help???

Let me ask some background questions regarding this dual gate shifter since I run one in my '72 Lemans convertible.

Is this shifter going into an original '67 or '68 GTO with this dual gate as it's original shifter? Or are you trying to retro-fit it to a car that did not have it originally?

Hurst use to and may still offer a rebuild program for the dual gate shifters. I would reach out and call Hurst to see what they can offer.
