The IH Scout was built from 1961-1980. Don't know much about the popularity/quality. Frosty or one of the older guys might be able to chime in on it.

They're pretty rare. I remember Top Gear US, Rut had a Scout in their travel special to Iceland or somewhere (I forget) and said it was pretty darn rare.
