  1. Wow, lots of space to work there - that's awesome! Doing anything to those wells while you have everything dropped?
  2. Any updates? This is an awesome project. Cannot wait to see power to ground with this beast.
  3. Only you would notice the car hoods Ringo - Good on ya! My wife actually told me to park there for the same reason? There were others there, even a Lemans. Nothing like right after the show and listening to the beautiful music of muscle cranking up to leave. As for clean, this was the weekend before the show. Started Friday night at 8:00PM and ended Sunday afternoon at 5:00PM
  4. Looking at these for the Sol - O.Z. UltraLeggra staggered set - 18x8/18x9. On the fence about black on black, but these will add a nice stance to the rear and are the right off-set for the car.
  5. Finally decided to do my first show - a local Cruise In at Fort Mill BBQ Company. Lots of beautiful local muscle there. There were two of us 4-bangers as well.
  6. Hmmm...gotta think real hard on that one. Maybe if you bring your own go juice (meth). Lots of it
  7. Snagged some new front wheel well liners because mines waz crackin. I hope to get that done this weekend. Should be an easy replacement. Shipping on those was as much as the parts. So I have the AEM methanol kit install and new tune scheduled for August 6-7. Dr. Dave from DDMWorks will also install my AEM Boost and Failsafe gauges in their A-pillar pod. Hope I can at least hit 320hp with that upgrade. I am going to replace the plugs in the car before that as well. Only wish there was someone close that could (would, actually) do the intake valve cleaning before my tune. BMW and Audi turned me down - their cars only.
  8. Come'on down. Just make sure you bring a breeze with you. It's kinda hot down here right now.
  9. With that attitude, you know you are welcome in the South - just sayin'.
  10. Wow that is a beautiful goat!!! Welcome!
  11. Some have run low 13's/high 12's with the stock turbo and a high end tune from either Westers or Trifecta. I know the updated GM Performance tune will not get you there, but close. Some with the GM tune have walked a Mustang GT or two...or three... Of course I've never done that - too dangerous.
  12. Nominating JigSaw's Grand Prix GTP:
  13. Any move towards dropping a turbo or supercharger on it?
  14. Trying to go the sleeper route. Nothing like making a four banger strain its nuts to compete with a V6...or 8.
  15. Finally had the Aftershock rear spoiler installed and some new tires put on - BFG g-Force Sport Comp-2s. Really cannot wait to get the meth kit installed.
  16. Thanks JigSaw - seriously, that is an awesome job on your ride. Really beautiful. White looks best when it has that melting off the car look - and yours has it in spades. Thanks for the heads up on the chemical guys black kit!
  17. Found out my local Advanced Auto keeps a year round stock of Splash -20 washer fluid @ $1.89 a bottle. Life is good!!!
  18. So how do like the way the CG stuff works? Is it pretty abrasive or light? I have tried PoorBoys SSR stuff and didn't like it. I've picked up Menzerna FG400 and SF4000 to see if it does a better job. I understanding it has a longer working time and not so abrasive as M105.
  19. More stuff for the engine mod - AEM meth injection, AEM Failsafe and AEM boost gauge.
  20. Saw that - wow awesome work. But then I'll get the "he's a poser" remarks with wide wheels.
  21. Because the Indian Governement would tax the car into non-existence. Welcome to the site.
  22. Unfortunately I am stuck with a weird wheel/bolt pattern - 5x110 w/ offset @ 55. That last part hurts. The Camaro was shown because at least its GM. I was more interested in the wheel color choices shown. I like 19s and I think the car should have come with them - its just an odd wheel/tire size making the tires more expensive. Twenty's...um no. But most now are either 17, 18 or 20 in stock wheels. I really like the RPF1s - bu I cannot get them unless I do some serious modifying. Forgestar's are decent wheels. What I really want are the Niche Targa M130. They are piano black and I think they are pretty killer looking rims.
  23. Yeah, my iPhone sucks at pics. As soon as I slow down with the mods I'll have the cash. Come on - priorities man!! My next feat is getting the AEM methanol injection kit and tune installed. Parts are sitting in my garage waiting. Then its on to a bigger turbo (EFR 62/6758). As for the wheels, that's the debate going on in my head (other than the "have you seen the size of your wallet lately?" one). I have stock sized BFG g-Force Sport Comp-2s on order. As for rims, I don't know whether to go with piano/gloss black, brushed, chrome or gunmetal. I can get some Forgestar F14s in 18x8.5/18x9.5 staggered. But I am leaning heavy on keeping it stock sized. Suggestions are welcome...
