My friend is an ameture photographer and has a site selling photos he has taken. He wanted some black& white with a color focal point chops done. I picked out some that I thought would look good from his site and he had a couple in mind too. I changed them from a color photo to B&W and selected the flower(s) to remain color. Did a bunch of color fixes, contrasts and saturation fixes and effects ect. I also and my favorite picked out the bait shop or whatever it is and did my thing to it too. He wasent sure about doing that one but I think it may be the best of the bunch and was super happy with them all.

This one the hull was light white/pink and he asked me to make it red-er. I made it (even thou you cant tell) much more red. The hull was pretty salty from the winter and was pretty wased out. He wanted it red-er but it dident look real and this was as red as I could get it with out it looking fake.

Look great! The buoy and house one is awesome! I would maybe of done the sign on the house in color as well. All look great though. The boat one looks really interesting with the color changes

Funny you said that Jim, I tried making the whale/sign in color too but looked out of place all buy it self on that side of the pic. but thanks for the idea.

This is a pic I took yesterday and did some minor PS work to for his site. The cool thing about the pic is cuz its a 10mp pic you can zoom in like mad and it hold up. Open it up in another window to really get the full effect. (the origanal on my pc even more so.)
