Yeah, it's a badly formed URL "~" should NEVER be in a URL as it is an URL short hand for the upper directory or domain. You'll need to copy and paste it as clicking it on ANY website (aka in HTML) will result in this error.

Yeah, if you just input into your browser than you'll be fine but putting it in HTML (aka clicking it off the forum) will enable the shorthand thus looks for something on our domain (foreverpontiac.com)
