Hawken: F2P Mech FPS

Recommended Posts

GUYS THIS GAME IS SO ADDICTING

Its a Free to play FPS

Hawken is a mech-based first-person shooter. The game takes place in a dystopian human-colonized planet industrialized to the point of collapse, in which the hunt for resources has become a battle for survival.Four game modes are planned for release: Team Deathmatch, Free-for-All Deathmatch, "Siege" and another yet-specified unique team game mode; Khang Le has said that they also want to do a co-op "Horde" game mode, resource-and time-permittingSeven to eight unique maps have been planned for the game on release, with plans to provide additional downloadable content afterwards. There will be three different mech types: a light type, a heavy type, and an all-around type

Don't be fooled by the microtransactions. The game is not pay to win because the stuff you pay for is purely cosmetic and the mech upgrades can be bought with points earned ingame.

I'm a loser and spent money because I like to customize everything.

Here are my 3 babies.

The Titan Mk.IV is my bread and butter unit. Machine gun and TOW missiles

The Titan Support Battle Walker (SBW) Mk.II is my heavier class mech. It has a Vulcan minigun and guided missiles

The Wolverine SBW Mk.I is my light, fast recon mech. Has long range marksman weaponry and is quick

And yes, if you are a Command & Conquer fan you will realize they are all named after the GDI battlewalkers.
