Good for you! Smoking is terrible. I'm on my highschools swim team (Yeah I wear a Speedo, you jelly?) and I need all the lung capacity I can get.

Good job on the quit smoking. The wife and I just got two decent bikes to ride since we are getting in shape over the past year and a half. We are really enjoying it and realizing we missed it. No good pictures thou unless you want to see me swearing at every minivan on the road.
