New to the site and currently looking to buy a OHC-6 Sprint Lemans or Gen 1 Firebird. Had a 67 Lemans while stationed in CA and sold it when I got married and had kids back in the early 90's. Loved the unique OHC-6 engine and got lots of looks at car shows. Looking again now that time and money are avail to purchase a new project. Not looking for a fully restored car but also not looking to start from a rough shape restore project. Want one that can be a daily driver / weekend drive around town car.

Well was finally able to find and purchase a 1967 Lemans convertable OHC-6 Sprint today. Finally after selling my previous 67 Lemans over 30 years ago and regretting it everytime I saw one I am back. Pick it up on Monday and start the cleanup. Car is clean overall just needs that TLC to take it up to the next level. Never had a convertable before but out here in the desert and no factory AC the top down night cruises will have to do durring the summer. Look forward to sharing pics and ideas with this group.
