Since I am a dumbass I put an S on the end of cosmo. There are apparently two companies with a similar name. I have looked all over http://www.cosmoracing.com and still nothing on how to clean it.

Don't quote me on this but I would think all air filters no matter the company would have a similar cleaning process because they are the same material lol. The oil they use might be a little different but I'd assume, wash it, let it air dry and spray the oil on it.

Sent them an email, if there are any specifics that you should do :lol2:

What I got back:

Thanks for your email. The filter works like K&N which is washable and

rechargeable. We recommend to use the K&N cleaner kit and to do service

every 10000miles (15000kms). Following with the K&N cleaner kit instruction

you can easily do the service on filter. The cleaner it is easy to find from

local parts shops. Hope it helps!

Basically clean it like a K&N :(

They got back to you. Not me yet. I will wash it with the trucks filter at the same time when the wife is not home. She frowns upon using a household sink to wash car parts.
