Featured Replies

Suppose to be nice today.  Yo downunders, we would like our summer back.  It's in the mid 50's here this AM.  This will be my last show of the year.  Meeting up with Frosty.  Details/pic's later.

Hey, Frosty brought his new Purple passion out to play. Impressive, for a non GM/Pontiac.  IndymanJoe and my daughter and son in law brought the Rivy for a most excellent day.  Headin out to clean out the car before putting it away. Will work on pic's L8ter.

I had fun running Violet out to the show yesterday. JUSTA and I did strong take offs leaving the show. Then he got less than a quarter mile from the church parking lot and the Bird died. Fuel pump issue apparently. He was able to get it going again and he got on home with no other issues.

Like JUSTA, I will be posting pictures later.

Here is a few,  Frosted one did the majority of walking around the show. I never checked out anything from the sales inside.  The wife covered that very well as always.  Frosty made some finds w/totes. Seems "The Beeya....."  Hmmm, kinda like that too.... don't have much trunk space.  I did win an oil change up to $75 as a doorprize.  A light display of power while leaving in the 2nd gear shift and looked back to see Frosty's Beeya with her nose in the air, looked back to watch my my fuel pressure gauge taking a nose dive. Simply touched the wires on the back of the toggle switch N clicked it on/off and the Sunbird started right back up. My last show, see ya next year.

The 1st day I brought the Sunbird home, back in April 80.  I laid on my back and freehanded the Sunbird Logo on the inside of the rear window with pinstriping tape.  Still hangin on there after all these years.  When looking in my rearview, Sunbird is displayed across my mirror.  It is reversed in the mirror so it reads correctly.  Also like the Blower shot between the seats.
