Hey Pontiac Forever world, as you cam tell by my handle I own a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. Unfortunately I was in an accident in JAN. of 2018 and have been rebuilding the front suspension. I got that completed now I'm working on the rear and my GP being 15yo I can't seem to find the OEM GM# 88955412 FE1 Struts the one online GM dealer that had them still listed CANCELLED the order yeah you guessed it because the soft ride suspension FE1 Struts has been DISCONTINUED. So with you knowing the story of me working on my Grand Prix, does anybody out there know of the top of the line struts (not quickstruts) I should go with. GM has also discontinued the coil springs so I'm also going to need the top of the line coil springs as well. I hope someone here can help me.

You can still get this FE1 strut. You will find it as a ACDelco 506622 strut. It actually the same original OEM strut. This is very common with a GM part. What happens is this part fits more than one application. So as the OEM reduces stock the OE sells the part as a single part # for multiple applications.

:welcome: Good luck with your project. Do you have any pictures of it?
