After Hot Rod Power Tour ended, I headed home towards Michigan. However, I made one more sightseeing detour. North of Atlanta, just off I-75 lies Old Car City USA, in White Georgia. If you have watched Steve Magnante in the show Junkyard Gold, he filmed an episode here. Here lies over 4,500 cars and trucks from 1938 to approximately 1972. This is essentially a junkyard where nothing ever leaves, and nothing is sold, and the trees and pines slow reclaim the vehicles. These cars are destined to remain here. It's become a bit of a photographer's paradise. Enjoy / cry / whatever....the photos are in no particular order.
