You could always try out DSM like me :lol2:

Sorry but i like buying AMERICAN cars. GM if possible.

Not that it is out of the question but i was raised in a GM Union Mechanics house. We support our own first.

Hate to bust your bubble, but 1G and 2G DSMs were produced in the US, I found this out while gutting the car and talking to local shops, so it's true domestic tuner

Produced here... Um... DUH! HUGE Mitsubishi factory in the Bloomington area. Hondas are assembled here. so are Toyotas

They dont build them elsewhere and ship them. it is all BUILT here by Americans but the PROCEEDS all go elsewhere.

Buy GM, Ford, Chrysler.... Hell i dont even care... Buy a damn European car.

Pays American Line Workers but proceeds go back in to helping Japan's Economy. Not Americas... in the end...

Exactly, American owned companies help out the American Economy. Buying from Toyota, Honda, etc... all that money goes back to Japan or wherever they're from and helps out that economy.

I don't really say "Buy cars built in America" because that is such a loose term now. Say "Buy from American Companies"

You might think that, but think about it this way. Even new parts for these cars are made here, and if they aren't it still gives jobs to people for shipping, manufacturing, etc. so I reality it's still helping the American economy. I can understand you saying a Honda isn't, but DSMs are a great reason why there are so many little tuner shops around
