Agree with Wrongway and Frosty... under dash left side...Might also have to remove a small plastic panel at the very bottom of the dashboard (should be marked fuse panel access)... Will more than likely have plastic fasteners with a slot that is large enough to use a penny or a dime in lieu of a screwdriver to remove them... Under the steering column or just to the left of it... To be able to see and access it....Will probably have to crawl under there on your back to be able to get your head in there far enough to be able to see...
