It's amazing to me that this bank is still in business or has any non-commercial customers left. I know they are one of the five largest U.S. banks, but how the stay in business after each and every scandal simply escapes me. You would think with such egregious business practices over such a long period of time that the Federal Reserve, SEC, or the Justice Department would step in and slap them down hard.
