Well they mention him bringing the Yugo and attempts to bring Chinese Chery to North America as his biggest faliures (and they were disasters - no doubt about it). Anyone remember the Bricklin SV-1, SV-1 standing for "safety vehicle one"? I would include this as another epic fail.

Fewer than 3000 were produced. The first year (1974) were made with AMC 360 V8s and then in 1975 they switched to Ford Windsor 351 V8s. The company went into receivership after that and the remaining cars and parts that were left on the line were later assembled and sold as 1976 models.

So, in my opinion, Malcolm's track record ain't too good. I doubt the 3EV will fair much better.
