Unless you've had your engine, transmission, or rear end recently rebuilt, using stock spec, conventional oils and fluids are your safest bet. So 10W30 or 10W40 conventional motor oil, Dexron II or better conventional fluid for an automatic transmission, and a SAE 75W or SAE 85W diff oil (consult your owners manual for what oil type your car's rear end takes)..

Now if your motor, tranny, or rear end has been rebuilt recently, what does your rebuilder recommend? Otherwise stick with the conventional fluids. You can't go wrong.
