Nope, I figure they are too small to let a bird or bat in so I feel I'm good at this point. In my experience with previous GTO's with this mod I haven't had any problems so far. I may have worried If I had the ram air pans and open scoops in a heavy downpour.

I can do that but to get far back enough to get the front end you wont be able to tell if the scoops are open or not sir. Ill still give it a try for ya!

It will be factory, It will be body color red. Already painted justa waiting on mount up.

Bought an extra set of GTO hood scoops and had them cut and powdwercoated. Finally mounted them up today. Hopefully get some fresh and cooler air in that motor.

I took those with an iPhone. Will probably have to dig up a camera somewheres and reshoot.

Took a few pictures today to submit for consideration for the PF 2016 calendar. Now the rules state that I can only submit 1 picture so I would like to share about a half a dozen angles with a "poll" for members to give me an idea on which picture would be best for the calendar. Thanks for some much needed direction. Heres one of the shots taken today.

I've been on here for hours and yet to see my car! I must have thrown 10 votes easy your way so far. I'll never catch up at that rate of fire! Steve, in other news, My wife noticed that I had no license plate on, looked above the plate and there was no license plate light. The next day I looked and found it dangling by the wire and wrapped around the gass filler neck with a broken bulb in it ! KABOOM!!! I figured, again the body and paint shop.

Thanks Pat! It definately brings a smile to my face. My previous GTO experiences were 2 1968 GTO's One of them had ram Air 2 heads and a solid lifter cam. I really like your HO beast sir.

Am I the only mouth breathing neanderthal that can quickly waste away an entire weekend, pushing off much needed tasks and chores (including car projects)to needlessly watch Barrett-Jackson, or Mecum Auto Auctions, etc. etc.??? There seems to be no cure and I ain't looking for one anytime soon. The side effect being that I am building up a pretty good database in my head of car values. Useless at this point, but there in my skull nonetheless. Who else can't shake this plague??? Is there a 12 step program out there to help with this vice???
