Wonderful resto work, but not a fan of the LT1 motor. IMO, I'd take an L36 powered 'Bird over an LT1, just for reliability concerns. (Delco coils > Opti spark)

Plus, I'm a V6 fan at heart anyway. :D

LT1s get a bad rap and really I dont understand why, the optispark can be gotten rid of, perfectly good small block

i kno they blew alot of gaskets lol

V8 guys prefer the LS1 to LT1 quite simply for reliability, and greater power output.

The optispark can be remedied, but the prices of LS1 powered F-bodies has really dropped, and people rather mess with LS1 power.
