So my friend just recently totaled her car. It was a 2007 Nissan Versa and she needs help looking for a new car.

She wants a hatchback, small SUV, or Jeep. Any suggestions on what to get/avoid? Her current price range is a variable.

Me personally the Focus 3 dr wagons are pretty cool and so are the 5 door ones. You may be able to find one in her price range.
