Hey again,

I am trying to track down some history on my new car - can anyone give me some direction as to where/how to start looking>?

It's a '61 Bonneville hardtop, US made (Pontiac, Michigan).

Thank you

Hi Bonne61

Start with Pontiac Historical Services Online. This will tell you how the car was built at the factory, what options it was built with, what color it was originally, what dealership it was sent, etc. You get a copy of the MSRP sticker too. You need the VIN number and your credit card. Cost is $75 US I think.

Is there anything else you are looking for?
