33 Pontiac seats

Featured Replies

I own a 1933 Pontiac 4 door sedan that is missing a lot of parts.  I have a lead on some rough bumpers and rear seat springs for a 2 door sedan.  Anyone know if the rear seat for a 2 door sedan and a 4 door sedan are the same?

Damn. I just scrapped my 34 sedan stuff a month ago. all 6 seat sections because nobody wanted them. If you need any other parts, let me know and I will put the word out.

I need tail lights, front fender lights, bumpers, bumper brackets, seats, radiator cap, grill badge, distributor, starter, air cleaner for starters.

I can help with the air cleaner. I have yet to open it up and take a look inside though. I will do that tomorrow.

Sounds good BF.

I pulled it apart today. the inner pieces seem stuck so I am letting it soak in PB Blaster. it should come apart tomorrow. otherwise the main cavity looks ok.

price + shipping to zip 99672?

I have yet to take the inner sections apart. It sat in the car outside for a long time before I got it. I want to make sure the insides are still good. The main tub looks good so far.  I think I will get out there today, so will let you know.

No problem.  I'm in no hurry.  It will be next summer of fall before I start on it.  I have to finish my daughter's 53 GMC first.

Nice! I just sold my 48 GMC. It was junk but a 5 window and lots of nice stainless.

I should finish my daughter's this summer.  Mostly waiting for her to save the money for things.

BigFoot from my research that isn't the correct air cleaner.  Should look like this

Darn.  I'll keep looking for one for the 33.  You don't have any other extra engine parts do you?  Starter or distributor?  Tail light, front fender lights bumpers?

I don't. Are you on Facebook? I have a group of my own that cover 26-48 and I belong to a group for 30's and a group just for 33-34.  My group and the 33-34 are small. I don't pay much attention to the other, but they come in handy sometimes.

Found this tonight.

He said that the parts I needed have been gone for awhile.  Bummer.
