Kiwi - while not the best flowing performance exhaust manifolds (or the best looking) in the world, what about a set of ram horn exhaust manifolds? JUSTA thought.

You can at least test fit it and see if it will work for you.

i bit the bullet and chopped up the left hand header!

tacked it together

and since i am still a rooky tig welder i gave it to my good mate who welds stainless steel for a living ( last 40 years)

The headers when i bought them had the 3 inch flanges loose on the tube, and i thought that was a dumb idea!

i had my mate weld them up so i can use a flat gasket and make a good-long term seal 

Next thing is i am going to take them  to my hpc coating man and get them sliver hpc coated 

 Stainless looks great but i want the heat removed from the engine bay and they will still look good in silver.... just that they will look good for longer too !!

Got the hq headers back from hpc on Friday 

looking very good 

And got them bolted up 

and looking very smart 

And just wanted to hear what it sounds like 😀
