Hi everyone,

I have a trim code of 250 (Blue). I was wondering if it is a medium blue, dark blue, or another shade of blue? I am looking to replace the seat backs & lower sides, but there is a choice of medium blue or dark blue. I'm not really sure which it is. Any help would be great.

Tough question to answer. If you read the attached color interior brochure from 1969 and read the color options for all the Pontiac A-bodies for that year, you have:

Tempest - 231 Blue

Custom S - 241 Blue

Lemans w/ Strato Buckets - 250 Blue

Lemans w/ Bench Seat - 260 Blue  (4 door hard top)

Lemans Safari - 241 Blue

GTO w/ Strato Buckets - 250 Blue

My suggestion would be to contact Legendary Auto Interiors. My interior guy swears by them and so do I. Their reproduction material is spot on in my opinion. They have matching colors and grains. They also do custom work.

I have ordered all my interior stuff from Legendary. As my interior stated, they are the best. All my seats (front and rear), carpet, and seat chrome/trim have all come from Legendary. I doubt you will go wrong with them.
