2002 pontiac grand prix gtp, no crank, no power to fuel pump.. no start due to stare

All started with a bad pulley which threw my serpentine belt. Replaced that then the starter decided it wanted quit and blow black smoke up my butt!! Ok replaced that.. checked for normal issues related to no crank.. fuses and relays.. help

Have you checked to see if you have power at the pump itself? Not 100% sure. Think you can access the pump through removable panel underneath trunk mat behind back seat? Unplug connector from pump turn the key on use test light or volt meter to be sure you have power there. if no power. Problem is somewhere in the electrical  system relay, fuse, bad ground, corrosion ETC. If you have power. More than likely bad pump. Hope this helps....

Yes I did check that and I have no power at pump

It's always difficult to diagnose car issues from a far & electrical is even worse, that said, lets see what we can figure out. Since your description is a little vague let me ask some questions. Do you have at least 12 votes at both the starter & solenoid in the crank position. If yes, and I doubt it how about just key on? There is also a fuel pump relay on the right side by the battery in the wire harness. Those blow from time to time and strand people.
