        I eagerly anticipated this series when I first heard about it.  After the first episode I thought surely it would get better! It didn’t!!  
         I agree with Frosty about the Olds wagon , big misstep not consulting the customer.   
          I personally don’t like that Camaro/Chevelle conversion. To my eye, Camaro proportions just don’t work for intermediate sized vintage muscle car  pretenders.  They still look like faintly disguised Camaros.

            And for my final rant,  “restored” ( and I use the term loosely like they do) Pontiacs older than 1982 don’t ALL need to be LS or corporate engine powered.  There are enough Pontiac engine builders and aftermarket parts available to keep them all Pontiac.

           I guess when it comes down to it, it’s your car, your choice.  It’s just not mine.

    Welcome aboard !  Great to see a ‘70 Formula 400.  I also had one with a 4-speed, sure would like to have it now! 
        I think you will enjoy being part of this group,  so much to learn from people on this site.

    You might try restorationspecialties.com.   I have had good luck finding unique hardware for my 1931 Pontiac.  If you don’t see it on their website give them a call,  not everything is online or in their paper catalog.  They also setup at Hershey.

    45th Annual GM on Display

      Sunday, June 2nd, 2024 is the date of our annual GM on Display show at Macungie Memorial Park, Macungie,PA.

        It is also the 50th anniversary of our Keystone State Chapter, and we are hoping for increased attendance at the event in recognition of this milestone!

        All details are on the flier attached. Feel free to print it to send back registration, or any other reason.

    Added more info.

         Overflow bottle installed and gauges with lighting in place.  We experimented with color filters and LEDs for the gauges but decided that it didn’t look period appropriate so we stayed with the original incandescent bulbs.  Also we (my son-in-law and I) installed an NOS 1955 Pontiac parking brake light and flasher.  In the video, the blue/green ring to the left of the brake light is a 1961 Pontiac ignition switch that lights up as original.  Details matter.😉

    Fort Pontiac dealership location?

        Thanks Frosty!   The power of FP comes through again!

         I don’t know if the sign is for sale nor have I seen it.  I was told that it’s neon with a few broken tubes and is approximately 6 feet wide. 
        My friend is trying to buy it.   Don’t know how successful he will be.  If it becomes available I will let you know.

    Fort Pontiac dealership location?

      I got a call from a friend asking if I knew anything about a dealership named Fort Pontiac.  He saw a sign in a mechanic’s garage while he was delivering parts here in SE PA and was wondering if I had ever heard of them.  I haven’t, but thought maybe someone on here might.

       I have searched online and have found nothing. Don’t even know if it was in Pennsylvania or somewhere else.

       I didn’t think the battery area would be so complex with battery cables, main power switch and vent tubes. The smaller wires are preliminary and will be cleaned up. 
       Battery cover was designed so there would be no sharp edges for anyone riding in the rumble seat since it occupies part of that floor space.
