Okay, Frosty has had experience behind the wheel of this beast. When it was all over he was grinning like a possium with a piece of bread between his teef. you couldn't smack him hard enough to wipe the grin off his face lmao !! It was a fun ride !! Okay, the history behind this car is. I bought it brandy new after ordering it when I was overseas playing in the sandbox in the military. This car was on a tv show Gearz 3 episodes challenger vs world with a total of 8 episodes as teasers. It was in a few bullydog and airraid commercials along with a story for Petty's Garage http://www.pettys-garage.com/ video at bottom of screen. And in hot rod magazine at a ecta racing event and at power tour 2014 autocross. I have land speed raced this car since it was new and currently race in scca autocross with it as well. The car is equipped with a full roll cage built and installed by Petty Garage. It has petty garage suspension components like coil over shocks, strut tower supports, tubular K member, sub frame connectors, drive shaft loop. The new drive shaft will support 1400hp along with new axle shafts and hubs. Dual FE-36 fire suppression system, Dual stroud parachutes, fuel management system, custom made tubular suspension, and nascar exhaust. I installed HPP superbird nose and wing on it in 09. And best of all it's street legal and I drive it everyday woo hoo!! It has been autographed by Richard Petty, Ray Everham, and Stacey. It only has 3 hp powered by 2 squirrels and 1 chipmonk. This is the car Frosty dubbed "Deer Slayer" which you already know the story about that. So, here is some before and after pics. By the way there are 2 pics in the bunch that one day I was driving thru this one state one nite and it was cold as a witches broom stick out side and all of the sudden I felt this bumping and air drag on the rear of the car and kind of heard a noise but, didn't make it out. So, I just kept on rollin along until I just had to stop and check it out. Well, I went around the car and I saw this feller frozen to the wing of the car in mid air. I asked him what the heck er ya doin? Well, he replied I went to take a closer look and touched the wing and the next thang I knew you were flying down the road and I couldn't let go. So, I had to take a few pics before I used my lighter to thall him out and release the car. Just wierd things ya find out thar these days!! Yes, that is the real Mach 5 of Speedracer !! lol

As a retired air force guy myself. Unless, your in the system a person will never know the exact cause of the crash since that will be kept under wraps. Yes, the F-15 is a great aircraft and very old and it's still out there due to it's performance and maneuverability. But, only with guard and reserve not active duty. The F-16 is a very old bird as well. I hate that we lost yet another good pilot to an accidental malfunction in what ever system caused the crash.

Pro you know that you and our super not so hero wallew was the one who supposedly knew where one was since he supposedly had been there before and he was your navigator telling you where to go. Mean while Mike and I are in the back seat playing un-ruley kids laughing at wallew telling you were to go after we told him about missing 3 within a mile. But, you did have your hands full with us in the back laughing our butts off and getting pissed at wallew. You forgot about us asking the cops where one was lol !! It was funny when the cops said they didn't know lol !! Yeah, nobody wanted any stumpwater and wallew wanted cabo to drink and give goober head a bottle at the meet. Yeah, he got the nasty cabo gold at that!! Cabo blue bottle good !! gold bottle bad !! Notatallthere - yeah blackberry good stuff really smoooooth!! Frosty - It was one of those not so magical mystery tours but, was filled with lots of laughter from the back seat lol!! And pro ready to kill everyone. heck we were all tired from driving but, not like pro he had the longest haul and tim and I had around 8 hour drive. where coy and mike only had an hour and wallew flew in. The best part was dropping his butt off at the airport lol !! Okay, Frosty already knows but, me and wifey are going to Woodward this year to bug the tar out of you guys!! yes, stumpwater will be along as well as firewater lmao !! I have a special jug for you Pro of firewater !! Also, Tim might be coming up as well and maybe we can drag Coy with us too!! Now, wouldn't that be a hoot !! lol !!

Stupid things in the garage would be me trying to find the stuff I just laid down 5 minutes ago that mysteriously disappeared or vanished into thin air. And while looking for what just disappeared. I find something that I was looking for over a year ago. Imagine that!! lol

Welding in liquid latex really!!! We must keep you very very very far away from Mikey!! Or did he get that from you Frosty??

Darth - On any electrical troubleshooting with a meter or a test lead. If you have one lead from either the meter or probe to ground and you touch lets say one side of a fuse and you have voltage or on test lead light glows you know you have power. Now, you check the other side of the fuse like you said you didn't have power with your meter or probe. This would mean that the fuse is probably blown. Now, to double check that the fuse is actually blown. You can PULL the fuse OUT and put your volt meter on OHM scale. (Never Put Your Meter Across Voltage While in OHM Scale you will blow your meter) If you have a reading like 0.2 for instances the fuse is good. Now, if you read nothing then it is bad. Now, old school especially on glass or even new style fuses you should see a ​FILAMENT or tiny wire between both ends of the fuse. If not, it's probably blown. Which I'm sure you already knew about that. I hope this helps!! Lets us know what ya find.

I do thank you and also for the info much appreciated !! Frosty - yeah yeah I know that I will never live down the deer slayer part dang it!! Okay, I will let ya'll in on the deer slayer thingie! My orange car requires blood or sacrifice somewhat like christine. Now, this car has killed 2 deer, 5 possiums, 2 coons, 1 wabbit and my blood from working on it. So Far !!! This car has a splitter on the nose and has split possiums in half along with the coons. Now the deer on the other hand well, lets just say 1 kind of left his head on the splitter while the rest rolled under the car for a hundred yards and the other one just rolled under the car for about the same distance. Both deer strikes kind of got expensive as far as damage to the car for some dang reason!! So, that's the deer slayer story!! Now, Frostman you gotta fess up and tell me about those fartknockers you keeping a secret about lmao!!

I have seen this at a Hendrick car show or one very similar and it's cool. Yeah not liking the front end either!

Thanks guys for the welcome!! Yeah I kind of into everything dealing with cars and guitars and way too many of both. And yes Frosty and I go back a few years lol !! He's a nut and just ain't right lol !! And yes, I have toured with a few well known bands for kicks and giggles. I used to work for a really good friend of mine as a curator for his vast collection of cars from ferrari's to chords, packards and dueseys. Since his passing we sold off his collection except for a db4 which I still maintain and take his wife out cruising in it every week. I used to work at a tv show as the mechanic behind the scenes as well. As Frosty mentioned I do have a vast amount of numbers for pontiacs and gm cars and others as well. Just let me know just where you guys would like me to post them and I will. I'll post some of the guitars here and I'll post the cars as well. As soon as I can finger how to attach thingies lol !! Haven't been on any forums for a long time so gotta re-learn this stuff lol !!

New to the Pontiac site!! Looks like a good bunch of good guys here and glad to join ya. I'm from the hills out in a holler in NC. We just goof around wrenching on cars making them fast and purty. But, we do make some slow cause the dang fool behind the wheel will kill his fool self. So all the while we wrench on my ole Pontiac sippin on some stumpwater watching bull frogs catch thangs.
