  2. Wouldn’t say I’m a huge nascar fan or anything but it’s cars so I follow it to a degree. Thought the webbed glove cheating scandal has been interesting.

1980 Turbo Trans Am. I imported this from Canada 4 years ago. "Betty" was part of a collection in Alberta being sold off. She has 45K kilometers on the clock and about 90% original. The PO replaced the stereo with a 500W Pioneer. I've replaced the package tray, carpet and driver's seat foam.

I'm the same owner since 1973 (51 years).  It's been restored twice, the last time was a 26 month process that was completed last October.  Yes, it's a real one!

Where in Oz did they visit, Ringo? Damn place is stupidly expensive now - hope they gots plenty spondoolies.

Have to find their itinerary but do know they got screwed out of Auckland due to issues with the cruise. Picton yesterday, Napier the day before that and Bay Islands day before that. I think that's been it? They got a few more days in NZ and then go back to Sydney. Then back to the States a week from today.

They were over in Aussie world, Sydney and Melbourne before the cruise.

  5. I can almost smell car show season approaching! First though, March Pontiac of the Month is here!

To nominate your or another user's Pontiac, please read the rules below:

    Rules:

    1. You may nominate your own Pontiac or another member's Pontiac from Forever Pontiac.
      • If you do nominate your own Pontiac, please be sure that you've added it to our Garage or your entry will not be accepted.
    2. In your nomination/entry you must include:
      • Display Name of the user you're nominating (if not yourself)
      • A picture of your Pontiac (only 1 photo)
      • The year and model of your Pontiac
      • Any other facts about your Pontiac you wish the voting public to know. Such as modifications, restorations, etc..
    3. Only ONE entry per user.
    4. Please do not submit any one user’s vehicle more than once.
    5. This is a friendly and honest competition. You will be disqualified from POTM if you are found registering (or enlisting individuals to register) multiple times once we are in voting. (NOTE: that is multiple times for one individual. Inviting one user to vote one time is fine.)

Nominations will run through February 21st and voting will start on February 22nd.

To enter your Pontiac or nominate someone else's, just reply to this topic (click the red "Reply to this topic" button above this post or scroll to the bottom and click into the "Reply to this topic" text area)

If you submit your nomination outside this topic, it will not be counted towards POTM.

Please let us know if you have any questions!
