Nice!

As for the tips, did you use brillo pads? Use that with never dull polish, they'll come back to life!

it sounds like a rolling piece of shit now..the belts under the hood need replaced...

belts on the 3_00 are always fun to replace.

im not doing it hahah i am taking it somewhere else and they can do it haha

Oh gawd.

The belt is a bitch and a half to have replaced. The belt loops around the motor mount on the right side. The belt itself is actually easy to remove, but to really replace it, you need to losen up the right side motor mount, and actually jack up the motor (using a jack and block of wood of course) to snake the belt out.

It can be a PITA, but can be done in an hour.

damn son... sucks.. i replaced mine, and had to undo the engine stabalizer, however putting everything back together was easier then it was orginally going to be. I replaced all the bearings in ALL the pulleys :dancingpontiac:

so.. yea.. still not funz

Umm...why? The pulleys on newer GMs are rather good quality. I still have my original idler and tensioner pulleys, with 121K on them now. Hell, I had the original belt up until 92K, I replaced that only because I did the LIM gasket, and it was just easy since the whole top end was apart.

Best headlights for the 5th gen Grand Am. Period.

Also, I recommended the normal Silverstars, and regular clear bulbs. No ambers FTW!
