Alright, I'll throw out the first challenge, and some rules to follow:

On the track given, or if you're putting out your own time to beat, use the practice mode for the given track. Do five laps, the best out of that five, post here. Include with your best time and track selection, the car you used, and it's extent of modifications. To be fair, don't use a car making more HP than the person setting down the challenge. If you're putting down a challenge you want to start, you are free to use any car you please, it's up to the others to choose a comparable car to beat the hot lap given.
