I've used Google to search for the pieces and I couldn't find anything for the rears. Frank's seems to have a very robust selection of full-size pontiac parts but not the pieces in looking for. All the rear options I found were for GTO/Tempest body styles. Is there a compatibility chart that shows the vehicles that have interchangeable parts? Thanks

Show us pic's of what your lookin for.  Many combo's, including hubcaps.  There are 2 sizes for the lug pattern, large were for big cars such as your Cat.

I'm looking for the rear trim pieces like this front one.

Your initial post had me thinking the fully round wheel trim ring and its center cap.  That item in your picture is listed in the paper catalogs as a "wheel opening molding".  This might help your search.
