Do you have to remove the timing cover to replace the rubber gasket that goes from top of timing cover to intake manifold. 69 400 engine

Unfortunately yes..Or you could remove the intake manifold instead...To replace the O ring between the timing cover and the intake manifold.... Either way you would have to replace the gaskets... Timing cover gaskets or intake manifold gaskets depending on which way you go.....Personally I would JustA remove the intake manifold....(Whole lot Easier and quicker)....
