A/C Options

Featured Replies

I am new to classic cars and a new owner of a 72 Catalina so be gentle with me. 😁

My Catalina has A/C but it is not working/blowing cold air. My mechanic has not looked at this in detail yet but mentioned that there is a common failure with these; a component and not necessarily the compressor. He suggested we start looking into some options. I assume there are after market/upgraded systems.

What should I be considering here? Where should I be looking?

I have always had good results with 4 Seasons AC components. If you want to maintain a stock appearance.
