In 68 did they have cloum shifter or only floor shifters for automatic thanks 

YES, It was available on both the 2 speed auto & TH auto.

It you ever come across a bench seat FB in most cases it will have a column shift 

Awesome thanks my steering wheel is different than the one in your pic also I have slop in my shifter it needs the gromet up by the cloum it's in that parts diagram

They offered 3 style of steering wheels in '68.

On the parts diagram that gromet by the rod A it's by the steering column also that bird on the center of the steering wheel
