I offer one of the top u-boob 'makers'. Chinese living in LA, so she has direct access to everything chinesium. Reviews 3d printers, and other electronics (she can read the instructions ... think about that), and knows 3d design and CAD. Incredibly bright girl ... with a bare midriff and underboob making certain that you're never, ever skipping to the end of the vid. I wouldn't watch her channel at work, but I definitely watch her 3d printer reviews.

  2. If I could manage the time, I would relish nothing more than to give you southerners a taste of what Mtl has to offer. One day of just wrenching, imbibing, and even just getting dirty is a heaven I can only imagine at this point. I won't disturb you with the details, because they would. Suffice it to say I took 2 hours with the missus last sunday (our 23 anniversary) to just furniture browse for a new chair for her.  The resulting disaster could well have cost me my job. My sig isn't comic.

  3. Nope. Ran into a financial brick wall this month and found one of my beloved children has left me with a $400 hole to fill. Given that it was our anniversary yesterday, the missus is even less pleased than I. I'll be lucky to get the pump for Christmas unless I pull a bunch of overtime.

Side note ... did some more reading on the truck's brakes (4wal kelsey-hayes) and discovered that my problem may well be  in the ABS module. A low soft pedal can happen if fluid is bypassing the dump valve. Found a test method on the Phoenix site that I'll try this week.

  4. I came in to work this morning to find a Rock Auto fridge magnet with a 88-98 Sierra on it sitting on my keyboard. A buddy in another dept (Corvette nutjob, but otherwise a nice guy) had put it there, knowing I'd just bought one. Turns out he gets Rock Auto stuff regularly and nope .. no extra duty or brokerage. So, looks like I've  got some ordering to do.

Spin the nuts of fortune boys! Takes your chances!

Just think if you spin the bolts, you will have even more quality time with the Sierra and less with the family and the Malibu.

Rockauto had the whole fuel pump and fuel level sender assembly for under $200. The pump was well under $100.

Let's face it, when I was still at AC Spark Plug Division back in the 1980s, they developed the first roller vane high pressure in-tank fuel pumps that went in the Corvettes, Camaros and Firebirds because they had the Tune Port Fuel injected motors. These motors require higher fuel pressure than (at the time) conventional TBI and carburetors. The roller van pumps did tend to get noisy with age. It might also mean that some sort of contamination (e.g. dirt) got past the fuel screen and got sucked into the fuel pump and was slowly destroying it. Not sure which thing has happened with yours Pro, but it sounds like it needs to be replaced - just for sanity's sake. Double check your fuel screen regardless.

would this be that pump? imageproxy.php?img=&key=7a632d757925bc26https://goo.gl/images/sFtqyg

  6. They're things Indian (the country, not the offended) wimmenz put into food to make your pee smell funny. I'm surprised you didn't comment on the rapeseed.

And for the record ... if I'm not working on something, I tend to organize tools very neatly.  Cables and cords are always the place I start.
