Thanks gang. Its become my favorite as well. Lets hope its worthy of the calendar. Thank you all for your help in selecting it.

First off, prayers for your friend. I can tell ya even more importantly than 'correct or matching numbers" is having some of the iconic options that were offered to GTO owners at least in my opinion. Those being, hood tach, rear spoliers, Ram Air, tri-power, and Hurst shifters, namely the dual gate shifter. Model correctness or not, I will add as many of those iconic options as I can to ANY GTO that I own. I applaud you for adding this option and honoring your friend.

It just might happen. I called Ames Perf today and the stripes are on a 3 month backorder, So I called NPD just an hour north of me, the stripes will be here tomorrow!

I dont know what color to tell ya, But I would stunt one of those on the GOAT in Cardinal Red.

They look great buddy. One question though. The picture shows no grille in the scoops. Are you going to have some sort of grille in them to prevent flying debris from getting in there?

Nope, I figure they are too small to let a bird or bat in so I feel I'm good at this point. In my experience with previous GTO's with this mod I haven't had any problems so far. I may have worried If I had the ram air pans and open scoops in a heavy downpour.

I can do that but to get far back enough to get the front end you wont be able to tell if the scoops are open or not sir. Ill still give it a try for ya!

It will be factory, It will be body color red. Already painted justa waiting on mount up.

Option 7 Wait for stripes that are on backorder and addition of hood tach

Took a few pictures today to submit for consideration for the PF 2016 calendar. Now the rules state that I can only submit 1 picture so I would like to share about a half a dozen angles with a "poll" for members to give me an idea on which picture would be best for the calendar. Thanks for some much needed direction. Heres one of the shots taken today.

Steve, in other news, My wife noticed that I had no license plate on, looked above the plate and there was no license plate light. The next day I looked and found it dangling by the wire and wrapped around the gass filler neck with a broken bulb in it ! KABOOM!!!   I figured, again the body and paint shop.
