  1. No one has said a word about my Hollywood Knights jacket....am I the only one on here that is old enough to love that movie?
  2. Is that an old man joke?.... You are all correct, it is a better road course car, plenty of HP in and out of the corners. I would have liked to drive it at the Moroso Road course in Florida. I took a Formula 1 driving course on that track and it was a BLAST!!!
  3. Nothing wrong with a silver 2002 GTP, I have a 2 door with all the bells and whistles. If your heads up starts going dim. they are easy to fix. I have fixed all 3 of the ones that were in my GPs....
  4. Cool Merc. I also owned several Cutlass(s). I always liked them also. Jedi 3, I know, I know it is a Ford but what can I say it is a savage beast 600HP and less than 2000lbs. It is hard to keep in a straight line....
  5. Thanks to everyone that helped me with the pictures. The last one in front of the Route 66 sign was taken the same day the Pontiac Museum opened in Pontiac, IL. this last summer.
  6. I have a few photos and slides. I am in the process of scanning in all of my photos and slides. When I get them scanned I will post some of them.
  7. Thanks everyone, here is a list of the others I have owned, and yes I could kick myself for not still having the 70 GTO Judge, the 79 10th Ann. 4-speed TA and the 77 Can Am. 8. Come on over when the weather is nicer and I will give you a ride in both the 65 GP and the Cobra...
  9. Thanks everyone for the great replys. I think I fell in love with the 1965 full sized Pontiacs because our first new car when I was about 6 years old was a 1965 Star Chief. But I have always loved the 65 GP or Catalina 2+2.
  10. Hi, My name is Dave and I live in central Illinois. I will list the 20 Pontiacs I have owned later. My other collector car is a 1967 SC427 Cobra replica and at 600HP it is a handfull. My wife and I also boat on the Illinois River by Peoria Illinois. I am a Buyer at Caterpillar Inc. in their Global Purchasing Dept. I guess that is about it. It is great to be part of the Pontiac Family!!!
  11. This is my 1967 SC427 Cobra. I blew the first engine in it which was a cast iron 427FE side oiler with 427HP. It now has a Keith Kraft FE all aluminum engine rated at 600HP. I have owned 77 cars since I started driving in 1974 and this one is the one that is a handfull and then some. But everytime I start it up it brings a big smile to my face!!!
  12. Thanks for the help Coupe_GXP, I have never used Photo Bucket before.
  13.
