Hi Fellas!

I am attending a trade show in Lincoln Nebraska and stopped at RAMC headquarters just north of the city. I called ahead and spoke to Doug, the head parts guy there. He immediately asked if I wanted a tour and I quickly said yes!  Upon arrival I met Doug and he showed me around. We walked through the engine section, detail, body shop, mechanics, storage and the parts area. The staff were friendly, polite, professional and clearly busy!  As I walked through they all looked up, had a nod and a greeting. The cars there that I absolutely love to see on YouTube or instagram were right there! There are complete cars and any number that were in a state of rebuild or repair. The 1976 T/A SE 455 4 speed with Hurst T-tops (one of 110) was front and center. That car is an amazing piece of history that RAMC is going to rebuild to original.  Doug asked when we were wrapping up if I would like to meet Dave Hall, I was again quick to say yes please!  The man himself came down to have a chat. I have watched a lot of his videos and he was the same in person, sincere and very friendly. I thanked him for keeping these cars on the road and for caring not only about the cars but the people that have owned them. At least that was what I wanted to say, I think it came out like “keep up the good work” or “I really like your videos”. My quick visit was the highlight of my trip for sure. I appreciate Dave and the RAMC crew for what they do and to see some of my dream cars up close and as an amazing experience.

Thank you Mr. Hall, keep up the good work and I really like your videos. 🙋🏼‍♂️

I have seen some of their work on YouTube. I think Richard Rawlings visited them in an episode of Fast N' Loud too. They are the force behind "The Bandit Run" every year too. It's like Hot Rod Power Tour with FIrebirds and Trans Ams.

The Bandit Run is a bucket list event for me.
