jason, something that i spotted thats odd ! it looks that your 64 has a fuel tank up the driverside inner rear quarter !

my 64 has the tank centre under the floor between the chassis rails !

It does have the 389. It's dated 1965, which might be common. I'm not sure. When looking at the heads they appear to be later model 455 heads. bore and stroke checked out to be 389 specs.  

The gas tank is under the floor. I think that picture makes the inner wheel well stand out for some reason.

Thank you! Ya it's got a lot of potential. First plan is to make it run and drive. Then l'll figure it out from there lol! I'll get some more pics up later when I'm home.
