Hi GRNieyeDEMON - let's be clear. Are the gages not working or the just the lights?

My first guess would be a blown fuse or a bad ground. Worst case scenario would be a damaged instrument cluster.

What have you done thus far?

Well i checked out all the fuses there good i even took off the instrument cluster cleaned it off looking for any breaks in the circuit and there was nun so im gonna check otha fuses

I assume you've checked both the side dash fuse panel on the driver's side as well as under the hood. Does your car have a passenger side fuse panel as well? I know the '98 GP had them, but I am less certain about the GA.

When you removed the cluster, did you notice any corrasion or melted or distorted connections? Have you installed an aftermarket radio?
